Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving your online order. We accept returns for all items so long as it is returned in the same packaging and condition it arrived to you in. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges to facilitate a change of mind return.

We highly recommend you return your parcel with tracking, as returns are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We offer a full refund, exchange or store credit (whatever suits you best). We will refund the money back with the same payment method once we receive the goods.

Please note no returns on any SALE items unless the goods are faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS
If the product is faulty or damaged in transit we will refund you in full, including your return delivery.
