NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

• Flat $10 shipping fee on all orders below $200.00

We use NZ couriers for all New Zealand deliveries but in some circumstances we may use alternative couriers and you will be advised at the time of order.

A tracking number will be issued to you via email once your parcel has been collected for delivery.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

• Enjoy FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Australia for orders over $200*.
• Orders under $200, incur a flat $15 shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• FREE SHIPPING worldwide for all orders over $500.
• Orders under $500, incur a flat $25 shipping fee *
• International taxes, if applicable, is the responsibility of the customer and will be payable upon receipt.

* Please note, bulky items may be excluded from FREE SHIPPING. The product description will outline if the product does not qualify for free shipping and we will contact you with a freight quote after you place your order.

Within NZ you should receive your order within 2-5 days upon placing your order. Some objects will take longer as they may be made especially for you and would then have a lead in time, that would be advised at time of ordering.
